Local Strategic Conference 2009

Local Strategic Conference is conference that held by AIESEC LC UB in June 28th 2009 at Mangkuch resto which attended by Executive Board and all managers of AIESEC LC Ub 09/10 period.

The aim of this conference is basicly for define and state our planning for 09/10 period. In this conference we give some refreshment for all managers about AIESEC’s knowledge, remind them about the Role as managers in LC. Then we difined also about our local Focus Area.

And finally we state that our LFA are “Exchange and Exchange + Leadership” and we also concern about our stakeholders’s satisfaction.

And all of the session that given in LSC are delivered by Executive Board LC UB ( Riski Febrianto as LCP, faradiba Septining Putri as VP OGX, Kartika Putri K as VP ICX, Festian Handardi S as VP Communication, Windha Listina Weni as VP ER, and Nissa Rahmawati as VP Talent Management).

Some of session that delivered by EBs are about AIESEC Way,Exchange, marketing Skills,Budgeting, Structure of AIESEC and etc.

From that Conference, we can know the spirit of our members especially managers, they have full of spirit and also passion to do the best here.

And hope, by held this conference and also with synergy among department and members it will be easy to achieve our targets.
