Activity's objectives
Conducting research about Small Medium Enterprises (SME) in Malang and share the learning about what we need to prepare and how to start small business for the beginners.
To get the knowledge about other countries SME and compare it with Indonesia's SME to improve the quality of SME.
Give seminar to the young enterpreneur especially from high schools.
Give entrepreneurial workshop and applicative business plan training for the young entrepreneur.
Give the opportunities for the SME project to promote their product and widen their networking.

Youth Entrepreneurship Seminar
This seminar was held on 13th of February 2010 and was intended for high school students in order to motivate these young people to explore and develop their entrepreneurial spirit. It was supported by three speakers and seven interns. It also succeeded in attracting 135 high school students from all around Malang.
There were 3 sessions, the first session was conducted by Ridwan Abadi, young & powerful motivator from ISI Way and the topic was about how to become both young & rich student by realizing your business plan. The second session was conducted by interns from China, USA, Austria, and Taiwan. In this session, the interns were facilitating students to make business plan for the competition. The last session was conducted by our AIESEC member : Primi Puspita and Winda Ayu. Both are young and successful entrepreneurs from AIESEC LC UB. At the end of the seminar, the interns announced two best groups of the business plan competition, each groups received gift from the organizing committees.
Roadshow
Roadshow is another event from LC UB’s PBoX SME, in which 3 high schools from Malang were involved, they were Brawijaya Smart School, MAN 3 Malang, SMAN 4 Malang. There were six meetings for each school. In this event each interns had responsibilities in teaching and developing students from each school. The interns taught and gave the students information relating to entrepreneurship, such as business idea, budgeting, customers’ satisfaction, etc. At the last meeting, one of our sponsor, Larissa Aesthetic Center opened a booth for the students. This roadshow aimed to select the best three groups from each school to compete in the next upcoming event of PBoX SME, National Entrepreneurship Forum 2010 (NEF 2010). NEF 2010 will be held on 11th April 2010 at the PPI Building FIB University of Brawijaya.
