That morning, city library of Malang was crowded with hundreds of children and parents. They came to attend contest held by AIESEC LC Universitas Brawijaya for children. The contests are drawing, story telling, poster creation. poem-writing, speech, quick and smart, and handmade competition. The children were obligated to be able to develop their English skill and be sensitive towards global environment since they are children.
Thecontests were also joined by children from charitable insitution. Enthusiasm was clearly seen. This was proven from the preparation of contest participants to join "this ompetition fair". this event is one of series of event PPox Children 2008 held for 2 days starting from 30 to 31 August 2008 in city library of Malang.
This event was reported by many mass media. The appreciation for the winner includes cup, sertificate, and merchandise. Many parents who give suggestion to us that the event is conducted routinely for it gives positive effect to form child's personality.

First : Promotion
Yeah..it is our promotion time.. :) When Economic Faculty was held their orientation days, all of organizaton in Economic faculty was promoted their organizaton for new college student. Also AIESEC LC UB show up our performance. Very atractive and interesting. U know waht?? it's because so many AEISEC LC UB members join this promotion and also our beloved interns from India, Netherland, China and Poland.
Second : Open Recruitment For several days, AIESEC LC UB have a stand for open recruitment in Basement E Building and also D Building in Economic Faculty or Universitas Brawijaya. We have stand for about 7 days.And so many people interest with us and they want to join us ... Wow can't wait till we have our NEWEE.. :)
Third : AIESEC DAY and Discussion Time
Last sunday, September 7th 2008 we held the AIESEC Day for the people who want to join with AIESEC. We explain general information about AIESEC, our Vision, our Activity, and all of AIESEC Knowledge. After that we held Discussion Time session one for some of paticipant in that day. And after this selection finish, we'll jump to the next selection... Yeah SPIRIT guys....
Guys, for implement our living diversity and also to enrich our world culture understanding..
in August 29th 2008, we held Cultural Understanding Day with all of our Interns. There are some explanation and also performance from some country : India, Netherland, China, and Poland.
and in that even we also have food exhibition. We had some food from their country and also from Indonesia.. hmm.... Yummy...
Many benefits we can get from this event. Hopefully, next time we can held this even again and we can invite all of our friends in Economic faculty and maybe from other organization.
