Well it's time to share about the EVOLVE conference

yeahhhhh...!!!

What is Evolve actually, Evolve is a five-day international conference involving 120 delegates from Singapore and the AP region. The conference is held to make prominent positive impact in society. Aimed at growing young leaders with right mindsets on social changes and trying to initiate more sustainable social change projects in the future.

The theme of this conference is "From Social Entrepreneurship to Social Intrapreneurship". The Objective of this conference are to build long lasting relationship between corporate, non-profit organizations, and young leaders, to equiped young leaders with the necessary knowledge and skills to meet current and future social changes, and finally to inspire young leaders to initiate, plan and implement social change projects.

Although I have been in AIESEC for about almost 3 years, it was my first International conference ^^. I was pretty nervous a the first time, not only because of my English is fair but also the feeling that I’m gonna meet lots of people who come from many different country which have a different language, thoughts, characteristic and behaviors.

But when I step on the Changi Airports with Okta of course and meet AIESECer who has the same purpose as me to get involve in EVOLVE conference and give a warm greeting, all of my fear was disappeared immediately. And the feeling changed to excitement when the conference was start. You met lots of people, shared about your country condition, LC and ideas, understanding each of country’s culture and more.

Believe me guyz, you have to join international conference to feel the great sensation ^^
